{"id":254,"date":"2019-07-07T08:29:16","date_gmt":"2019-07-07T08:29:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sertamattress.com.my\/?page_id=254"},"modified":"2020-04-22T12:55:53","modified_gmt":"2020-04-22T12:55:53","slug":"returns","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sertamattress.com.my\/?page_id=254","title":{"rendered":"Warranty &#038; Service"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>This Serta Warranty covers only the following items during normal wear:<br \/><br \/>Mattress:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Wires that are loose, broken or protruding through fabric.<\/li>\r\n<li>Sagging, that measures 1\/2\u201d or greater (being properly measured), only if the mattress has been continuously supported by a <br \/>matching foundation (or equivalent) and used with an appropriate frame and center support.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><br \/>This Serta Warranty does NOT cover items such as, but not limited to :<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Mattress sold \u201cas is\u201d, or floor samples, or from second hand parties, non-retail establishment\u00a0 or received as promo or gift<\/li>\r\n<li>Bedding height<\/li>\r\n<li>Comfort preference<\/li>\r\n<li>Back pain<\/li>\r\n<li>Bent Perimeter border rods due to moving or bending the Mattress<\/li>\r\n<li>Fabric stains, soiling or burns<\/li>\r\n<li>Replacement of another piece<\/li>\r\n<li>Transportation and inspection costs<\/li>\r\n<li>Body Impressions<\/li>\r\n<li>Sagging in the mattress that measures less than 1 1\/2\u201d<\/li>\r\n<li>Damage of the mattress due to abuse<\/li>\r\n<li>Sheet Fit<\/li>\r\n<li>Mattress fabric cover<\/li>\r\n<li>Latex and Memory Foam Mattresses : Normal change in softness and recovery time in these materials over time.<br \/>This does not affect the relieving qualities of these mattresses<\/li>\r\n<li>Mattress odor: As in any upholstery, new mattress may have odor that will fade overtime<\/li>\r\n<li>Size allowance of +\/- 1\u201d is a norm<\/li>\r\n<li>Bed Bugs and Dust Mites<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our Assurance of Quality<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>Congratulations on your Serta Mattress.<\/p>\r\n<p>Our Goal is to provide the highest product quality and durability, assuring you of the most comfortable and healthful night sleep.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Serta Warranty Period is 10 Years<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Because we strongly believe in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, this Serta Mattress warrants against <br \/>manufacturing defects in workmanship and material (excluding covers).<br \/><br \/>If you observe a defect, contact Serta. In order to claim the warranty, you must be the original purchasing consumer <br \/>with the address as stated in the invoice.<br \/><br \/><strong>You\u00a0must, within the duration of warranty, provide :<\/strong><strong><br \/>1. The invoice from where you bought the mattress<br \/>2. The warranty card<\/strong><br \/><br \/>For the first two years after delivery your Serta Mattress will be repaired or replaces without charge, exclusive of transport cost. <br \/>All other claims including incidental or consequential damages are precluded as in the list overleaf.<br \/><br \/>If your Serta Mattress fails due to a manufacturing defect after the first two years, replacement will be made at charge. <br \/>The charge will be 1\/10th the prevailing retail price, times the total number of years owned, plus transportation cost.<br \/><br \/>If identical mattress is not available at the time of replacement, Serta reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality.<br \/><br \/>Serta reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate the warranty when, upon inspection, the mattress is found to be in an <br \/>unsanitary condition or when the product failure is caused by factors other than workmanship or materials.<br \/><br \/>As in any premium mattress, body impressions are the norm, to indicate that the comfort layers are conforming to your body. <br \/>Thus, body impressions are different from sagging.<br \/><br \/>Any and all implied warranties on this mattress shall not exceed the duration term of this limited warranty.<br \/><br \/>This warranty begins on the day you received your Serta Mattress.
